Return & Refund Policies


Returns and exchanges

We have a 15 days return and exchange policy. You can return any tea accessories you have purchased from us for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original condition with all original packaging within 15 days of when you received them. Packaged teas and loose leaf tea cannot be returned.

In order to initiate a return or exchange please contact us on: customercare@bioteablends.com with all the relevant details and we will arrange for your return or exchange accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed - please note that only store credit is available.If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Once the returned items are approved for exchange we will dispatch the items that you have selected as an exchange.If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@bioteablends.com within 4 hours after you have placed your order. We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.
